team includes MBA graduates from famous American and Canadian business
schools who have served as senior executives in large international
corporations. They have a wealth of experience in developing and
managing large projects and possess clear a understanding of finance
and investment management.
Chairman & CEO----Mr.
Henry Wang (http://www.wanghuiyao.com)
Henry Wang ----- With 18 years of business experience. Obtained
his BA degree in China, then worked as Project Coordinating Officer
for three years in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic
Cooperation (MOFTEC)in Beijing before going to North America in
1984. While in North America, he obtained an MBA degree, pursued
Ph.D. studies in international business at the Ivey Business School
of University of Western Ontario and undertook Executive Training
at Harvard Business School in the United States. His professional
and managerial experience covers working on project financing for
The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Toronto in 1987. In 1988,
he joined SNC-Lavalin Group, one of the largest engineering and
project management firms in North America and took up the position
of Director of Marketing and Project Financing. In 1990, he was
appointed Chief Trade Representative for the Quebec Government Trade
Office in Hong Kong by the Premier of Quebec in Canada. In 1993,
he became Vice President of Agra-AMEC Group, one of the largest
engineering, technology and project management firms in the world.
Later on, he founded ASIANADA International Group and AEA International
Business Consulting Ltd. as well as SinoProjects.com. He has been
involved in carrying out many large infrastructure projects in China,
including world famous Three Gorges Hydro Project, the largest project
ever built in the world. For his impressive achievements, he was
selected to be profiled in a 12-page cover story by the national
Canadian Business Magazine for his remarkable success in China.
He is currently also a guest professor for the Guanghua Management
School of Peking University and a guest professor of Ivey Business
School of University of Western Ontario in Canada.
Vice President ---- Mr. Robert C. Bartlestone
Robert C. Bartlestone, US citizen, has fifteen years of broad-based
experience in business. He obtained his degree in European and East
Asian History at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He continued
his studies with graduate work in International Business, Strategic
Management, Intercultural Management, Organizational Communication,
and Sustainable Development at ASU, UCI, and UCLA. he brings an
integrated intellectual approach to the team, well beyond "thinking
outside the box". Robert began his business career in Phoenix,
where he was Regional Sales Manager for an international architectural
product distributor. He built a reputation for integrating engineering,
financial, and aesthetic considerations into creative end solutions,
particularly in large government contracts. He went on to negotiate
several international manufacturing relationships and pioneer new
technologies to meet emerging market demands in the fast-growing
region. Moving to southern California as a Senior Consultant for
a premier Newport Beach, California consulting partnership, Robert
specialized in incubating and re-structuring Pharmaceutical, BioTech
and Telecommunications companies in the vibrant California market.
He has worked with government regulatory agencies and the major
media networks. Robert used his unique insight and problem-solving
approach to develop aggressive, creative solutions for cutting edge
companies in this competitive environment, from research level to
marketing. He has also assisted a number of Chinese, Indian, and
Canadian clients in developing business in the US. Robert is now
based in metropolitan LA, in Newport Beach, Southern California.
He is a board member of the non-profit Eos International Group,
and is on the membership committee for the British American Business
Council.
Vice President ----Dr. David Lu
David Lu ---- Canadian citizen. Obtained B.Eng. and M. Eng. in Civil
and Municipal Engineering from China in 1987, Ph.D. in Civil and
Environmental Engineering from McGill University in Canada. David
has been Vice President of AEA International Business Consulting
since 1997 where he has concentrated on project development and
project management for the group's projects in China. Prior to joining
Asianada Group, he has worked as manager and director for several
engineering consulting companies and manufacturers in Canada.
Senior Consultants
Mr. Paul Lowrey ---- American citizen, with over 10 years
experience in business. Obtained his BA in philosophy from Haverford
College and his MA in Asian Studies and MBA from the University
of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Paul began his business career with the
China trade and consulting company Kamsky Associates in Beijing.
There, he provided advice to clients regarding China's commercial
distribution system. He went on to manage the MOR US-China Trading
Company and its sister company, MOR China Letter, a trade and investment
newsletter, both in Detroit Michigan. Then, as a partner with the
Pacific Exchange Group in San Francisco, he launched the China Securities
FAX, a securities trade newsletter sold to asset managers in the
United States. In 1993, he joined Plextor America in San Jose. Paul
spent the next six years with Plextor working in both sales and
marketing, leading the company as its director of marketing to become
the most respected and profitable CD-ROM and CD-R manufacturer in
the United States. Most recently, Paul has used his high-tech sales
and marketing background to accelerate revenue growth for Embark.com.
This company, located in San Francisco, is a venture backed pre-IPO
startup. Embark.com provides over one million registered students
with an education portal, www.embark.com, to support students' educational
achievement. Embark.com also sells web-based services to more than
500 higher education institutions worldwide using an application
service provider (ASP) model.
Mr. David Diao ---- American citizen. Obtained BA from China
and M.A. in International Economics from City University of New
York. Previously worked in the central government in Beijing, China.
For the past 10 years, has been working in New York city on financial
planning and project financing with several large financial institutions.
Dr. Keming Zhou ---- British citizen, received his BSc and
MSc degrees in China and his Ph.D. degree at Imperial College, University
of London. Mr. Zhou has over 15 year experiences doing international
project development and management. He has worked with a large number
of projects in China, Taiwan, Czech Republic, Iraq and UK markets
as either developer's senior manager, or lender's independent consultant.
In the mid 80's, he represented China Water and Electric Co. in
Iraq, worked for one of the world largest engineering consulting
firms Mott MacDonald for 8 years, and for Texas Utility Europe Group
for 2 years.
